As such, we provide a selection of facilities to help ensure that you stay in control of your betting, as well as features which will allow you to take a break of self-exclude should you ever wish to suspend or close your account.

The Game History page give you complete oversight into your wagering, allowing you to quickly and easily view your entire betting history.
You can track the progress of your cash and bonus balance by clicking the The Game History tab located on your profile (situated at the right top corner of the main page) or by clicking your username and then the The Game History tab.
You can access the Game History section of the website here or by clicking the Game History tab when logged in to your Account.
The Net Deposit Limits tool is available to keep you in control of your betting. This tool allows you to limit the amount of funds you can deposit over a certain time period. Once you’ve set the limit you can only deposit up to that value throughout the chosen time period. It’s important to remember that any withdrawals processed in this time period are also factored into the calculation. That means you can deposit an amount equal to the value of the withdrawals in the time period made and then up to the set net deposit limit.
Example: You set a net deposit limit of £50 and then withdraw £60 in the selected time period (Net position = -£60). You are now able to deposit back £10 + £50 before your net deposit limit for the selected time period is reached.
Before making your first deposit we strongly recommend that you set a Net Deposit limit either by using the Financial Limits tool from your Player Account available here or by contacting Customer Support via email: [email protected].
Your net deposit limit options are:
Daily – your limit will reset at the beginning of the next day
Weekly – your limit will reset at the beginning of the next Monday
Monthly – your limit will reset at the beginning of the next calendar month
You may apply more than one limit. Your set limits will remain in place permanently unless you choose to raise them or lower them.
Net deposit limits will also be applied retroactively. For example, if you set a weekly limit on Wednesday, any transactions that you have placed since Monday of the same calendar week will be factored into these limits. So if you set a weekly net deposit limit of £50 on a Thursday and you already deposited £40 on the Tuesday of the same week, then you will be allowed to deposit £10 until the next Monday (unless you place a withdrawal). The same rule applies if you choose a daily or monthly limit, except these limits will be in place on a daily or a monthly basis, rather than weekly.
If you wish to lower your net deposit limits, you may do so at any time by submitting a value less than the value currently in place. You can raise your limits by submitting a value greater than the value currently in place, however, we will impose a 24-hour cooling-off period after which you can revisit your Net Deposit Limits page and confirm or cancel your request.

The Reality Check is designed to act as play session reminder by presenting you with a pop-up notification at regular pre-selected time intervals. When the pop-up is displayed on-screen, your current game session is paused until you acknowledge the notification.
To set the reminder notification you will need to visit the Reality Check page located on the Responsible Gaming tab of your profile. From here, you can set a reality check for every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. You can update your Reality Check preferences at any time.

We understand that sometimes you need to take a break from betting, which is why we offer a ‘Take a Break’ feature allowing you to cool-off from Conquestador for up to six weeks.
By selecting to Take a Break your account will be paused. You will not be able to access your account for the duration of your chosen timeframe. During this time, we will not send you any marketing communications or touch your cash balance, however, any bonus funds or free spins you hold might be subject to expiration (we recommend you review the terms of any promotional offers you are holding prior to taking a break).
Our timeframes for the Take a Break feature include 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month and 6 weeks, enabling you to take a break from your account for up to six weeks.
Once your Selected timeframe has elapsed your account will automatically reopen, allowing you to log straight back in.

Should you need to take a longer break from gambling, we provide a Self-Exclusion facility which closes your account for between 6 months and 5 years.

We will also remove you from our marketing lists so you are not sent you any marketing communications within 48 hours of confirmation of your exclusion.
Whilst you will be removed from our marketing databases, we also advise that you disable Conquestador from your notifications. We also strongly suggest that you install software designed to block access to gambling websites. See our Help for Problem Gambling section (below) for more information.
To reopen your account, you will need to contact our Support Staff after your exclusion has elapsed. Please note that we will need to speak with you over the phone before we can reopen your account. To contact our Support Staff please click here.
